COVID-19 Procedures

We are so pleased to be planning our first in-person event in two years and look forward to seeing everyone in DC. We recognize that everyone will be coming in from different parts of the country, with differing COVID guidelines and restrictions. Our goal is to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible by adhering to reasonable guidelines. DC currently has COVID related protocols regarding meetings and general moving about, which we anticipate will remain in place through our conference date. We are therefore proceeding with our in-person plans with the following requirements for the event:

  • Attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination (including booster) upon entry to the meeting room at the Hall of States.
  • Masks must be worn throughout the day, unless actively eating or drinking.
  • Anyone traveling internationally to attend the forum, should follow travel guidelines for their point of departure and entry, as well as those listed here.
  • In the meeting room, we will have a different seating arrangement than at previous forums to allow sufficient spacing, will have hand sanitizer available, and will be cleaning microphones between speakers.
  • Food items will be individually wrapped and packaged.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, please stay home.
  • ICJA’s refund policy is to refund 75% of your registration fee upon written request by 3/20/2022 if you are unable to attend due to COVID-related issues. Please understand that we need to cover contractual obligations for the meeting facility and other administrative costs.
  • If you test positive during or up to 5 days following the event (up to 3/26/2022), please notify Lusanne Green at lgreen@iccalive.org so that we can appropriately alert other attendees.
  • The number of attendees/speakers will be limited to a maximum of 62, so please register early.

Thank you in advance for understanding our efforts to host a safety-conscious Forum for all involved. Please sign below to indicate that you have read and will abide by these guidelines.
