Pre-Conference Workshop on Leadership Development

This Leadership Institute is designed to address two critical skills needed to succeed in community corrections — change leadership and succession planning.
During this full day interactive and impact-creating session, you will experience:
- The difference between leadership and management and why this distinction is important in today’s community correction environment
- Ways to use your company’s mission, vision and values to create positive and aligned change in your organization
- How to use the Satir Change Model to lead your organization through change that is mindful, strategic and sustainable, and
- Best practices in building bench strength and succession plans so that the future of your organization is assured.
Your facilitator, Cindy Stynchula is a nationally recognized speaker, executive coach and expert in helping clients achieve cultural clarity, strategic focus and higher levels of performance.
Ms. Stynchula has been a volunteer and Advisory Board member with Crosspoint Inc. for more than five years. In 2013, Crosspoint Inc. awarded her the first annual Richard E. Goldsmith Award in recognition of her passionate volunteerism in shepherding Crosspoint’s vision to become the model for personal and community restoration.
